Young Professionals Program
The objective of our Harvest Program is to recruit young people with leadership potential, develop their talent and foster their growth within Grupo Peñaflor.
This is achieved through rotations around different company areas, getting them acquainted with the value chain and making them participate in key projects and business developments. The program frequency is annual and lasts for 12 months. The first months consist in an on-boarding program, and once this is completed, the candidates are assigned to different positions according to their profiles.
