Gustavo joined our company in 2019. He had previously worked at Quinsa (Quilmes Brewery Company) as CFO for the Chile and Paraguay subsidiaries, eventually becoming CFO at BAESA (PepsiCo’s Bottler in Argentina and Uruguay). After Quilmes had been acquired by AB Inbev, he performed as Business General Manager in Uruguay. In 2011, he joined the Associated British Foods Group (ABF), where he held the position of International Latin America VP, managing ABMauri division businesses for 8 countries in LATAM. He got his Public Accountant degree at the Universidad de Buenos Aires (UBA) and an MBA at the IAE. He has also fulfilled executive programs at Darden, Kellogg and INSEAD.

Edgardo, joined the company in 2021. He is an Electronic Engineer and has a Master's degree in Project Development in the US. He developed his professional career for more than 20 years at Cargill, where he was in charge of various operational responsibilities in Argentina and becoming responsible for Supply and Operations of Cargill Foods and Malta for South America. Before developing a personal project in the United States, his last work experience was at AB Mauri Hispanoamérica, where he served as Director of Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Technology and Development of new products.

Marcelo joined Grupo Peñaflor in 2004. He had previously worked at E&J Gallo (United States) and Lavaque Winery (Argentina). He has a long track record in Grupo Peñaflor and has been in the Management Board since 2017. He graduated as an Agricultural Engineer at the Cuyo National University and earned a Master in Science in Horticulture & Agronomy with Specialization in Viticulture at the University of California.

Daniel has a long career in Grupo Peñaflor. Before being appointed to his current position in 2011, he had served as Trapiche and Finca Las Moras Chief Winemaker. Previously, he had performed as Bodegas Quirós Chief Winemaker and worked as Winemaker at INV, Argentina's Viticulture National Institute. He has earned wide renown in the wine world and was selected as Best Enologist in Argentina in 2017.
He graduated as an Enologist at the Juan Agustín Maza University, in Mendoza, where he currently holds a teaching position.

Lucas’ track record at the company began in 2004. Before he was promoted to his current position in 2019, he had worked as Marketing and Sales Manager for El Esteco winery. In 2012 he led the company’s Distribution Master Plan, later becoming Supermarket Channel Sales Manager. In 2014 he took the position of Sales Manager for the Distributors and Wholesale Channels (provincial) and later the position of Distributors and Direct Sales Manager of the Metropolitan area and National Wholesalers. He got a degree in Marketing at the UCES (University of Business and Social Sciences) and earned an MBA at the CEMA University (Center for Macroeconomic Studies in Argentina).

She started her career as a Young Professional at Quilmes Brewery Company— where she worked for 17 years in Marketing and Trade Marketing positions. After AB Inbev’s purchase, she ran the Soft Drinks Business Marketing area. In 2013, she joined Grupo Peñaflor to develop the Trade Marketing Department. In 2019, she was appointed as GP Spirits Business Director. Nadina got a Degree in Business and Administration at the University of Buenos Aires and has a Post-Degree in Business awarded by the EOI-UCA. Over the last years, she has participated in several executive programs at UDESA, Kellog and Darden.

Before joining GP in 2014, he had worked for 17 years in the area of Marketing of Unilever with several leadership positions. He stood out as Regional Brand Director in Rexona and Deos Latam VP until he was promoted to Food and Beverages Latam Brand VP. He graduated as an Industrial Engineer at the UCA University.

Pablo has a long career in our company. Before being appointed to his current position, he had served as SPMK's KAM for the Local Market and Exports Manager for Finca Las Moras, Andean Vineyards and Trapiche. Previous to his arrival to Grupo Peñaflor, he had held several leading positions at Reckitt & Colman. He got a degree in Marketing and Advertising at the UADE University and made an MBA at the IAE Business School.

Pablo joined Grupo Bemberg in 2007 for the acquisition of Grupo Peñaflor. Before assuming the position of Director of M&A and Finance, he was CFO of the company and in 2018 he led the acquisition of Diageo's operation in Argentina and directed the spirits business during the first 2 years of operation in charge of Grupo Peñaflor . He graduated in Business Economics from Universidad Di Tella (UTDT) and has a Master in Finance (UTDT) and an MBA (Columbia, USA).

Fernando joined Grupo Peñaflor in 2014, after having held several positions during his 23-year performance at Quilmes Brewery and Ab Inbev— where in 2007 he was promoted to HHRR VP for the Latin America Southern area (“LAS”: Argentina, Bolivia, Paraguay, Chile, Uruguay, Ecuador and Peru)—. He graduated as a lawyer at the UCA —Argentine Catholic University—, got a post-degree in Business at the EOI-UCA and specialized in Human Resources at the Michigan University.

Sandro es Contador Público egresado de la Universidad de Buenos Aires. Anteriormente se desempeñó como Director de Administración y Finanzas en compañías como el Grupo Omint (Salud), Alicorp (Consumo Masivo) y en CellCorp International (Tecnología), con operaciones en Chile, Colombia, Ecuador y Panamá, donde llegó a ser el CEO de la Operación.

Marcelo Kozak joined GP in 2019 as Internal Audit Director, reporting to the Audit Committee. Previously, he had performed as Telecom Group Chief Accountant & SOX Compliance Officer for over 20 years and as CFO for the Argentine Official Mail Company. He got his Public Accountant degree at the Universidad de Buenos Aires (UBA), an Executive MBA at the Torcuato Di Tella University (UTDT) and a Post Degree in Change and Strategy at the University of San Andrés (UDESA). He is a university professor and author of many economic and financial publications.
