Welcome to GRUPO PEÑAFLOR´s Web site The following Terms and Conditions regulate the use of this site (hereinafter called “the Site”), in which GRUPO PEÑAFLOR provides information on who we are, our wineries, our vineyards, Grupo Peñaflor in the world, our figures and evolution, the press and information on wines in the world.
We suggest you read these Terms and Conditions carefully, since the use of this site by you (hereinafter called “the User”) constitutes acceptance of these Terms.
Any comments and/or suggestions regarding this site should be addressed to institutional@grupopenaflor.com.ar. Should the User fail to agree with these Terms and Conditions, he should refrain from using this Site.
The User states he is legally capable to enter an agreement, that he has no legal impediment according to laws and jurisdictions in the Argentine Republic and undertakes to use the Site for lawful purposes.
The use of the SITE is forbidden to children under 14 years of age. Should the User’s age be between 14 and 21, GRUPO PEÑAFLOR recommends the User to obtain permission from his parents or legal representatives before using the Site.
Access to the Site is free, with no need for registration. However, access to some sections may require previous subscription or registration, in which case the User will be duly notified and will continue to use the services offered by the Site under his responsibility.
The content of the Site, including but not limited to texts, graphics, trademarks, photographs, logos, images, patents, music, databases and software are the exclusive property of GRUPO PEÑAFLOR, or of third parties that have transferred or licensed their rights to GRUPO PEÑAFLOR and are subject to intellectual and industrial property rights and protected by national and international legislation.
The User is strictly prohibited to reproduce, distribute, show, transmit, broadcast, store, digitize, make available to third parties, translate, adapt, or incur in any act in which the User could make direct or indirect use of all contents of the Site, or any part of them.
The User undertakes to use the Site diligently, correctly and lawfully, for non- commercial purposes and according to morals and good customs. The User will respond for damages of any kind suffered by GRUPO PEÑAFLOR directly or indirectly as a consequence of breach of any of the obligations derived from these Terms and Conditions, of the terms and conditions of any service included in the Site or of the law related to the use of the Site.
GRUPO PEÑAFLOR reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to interrupt, modify or alter the content of the Site and /or access to it, as to exclude the User or personal data provided by him, at any time and with no prior notice.

GRUPO PEÑAFLOR does not warrant and will not be held responsible in any way for damages arising from third parties´ access to the Site from linked websites, nor by the User’s links to other websites from this Site. GRUPO PEÑAFLOR will not accept responsibility for damages arising from the presence of viruses or other harmful elements in the contents of the Site that may cause any disruption to the User’s data or computer system.
Any information or personal data provided by the User will be used in accordance with the Privacy Policy section.
The User accepts the prohibition to establish links, hyperlinks or framing relating to the Site without obtaining prior express and written consent from GRUPO PEÑAFLOR.
The User also accepts GRUPO PEÑAFLOR is not responsible for the contents, services, products, etc. of third parties to which the User may have access to directly or by means of banners, external reference links, hyperlinks, framing or similar links from this Site or any other website belonging to GRUPO PEÑAFLOR.
GRUPO PEÑAFLOR does not warrant the accuracy, suitability, reliability or veracity of the information available in this Site. The User accepts the risks associated with the access and use of the Site and its content, including the veracity, correctness, accuracy, precision and usefulness of the same.
The Terms and Conditions of the Site will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Argentine Republic. The User and GRUPO PEÑAFLOR consent for any dispute regarding this website to the venue of the Courts of the city of Buenos Aires, with exclusion of any other.
The User accepts that the use of this Site and its services and contents is prohibited in any jurisdiction that doesn’t acknowledge the effectiveness of these Terms and Conditions. The use of the Site by the User does not imply a consumer relation with GRUPO PEÑAFLOR. The Site may offer the possibility to take part in surveys and voting on certain topics. If the User takes part in them, the User will accept all terms of the rules of participation set forth in the Site, as well as these Terms and Conditions. If any provision of this Site should be determined to be null, invalid, unenforceable or ineffective the remaining provisions shall not be in any way affected thereby.
GRUPO PEÑAFLOR reserves the right to modify and/or update these Terms and Conditions periodically. The User is responsible for reviewing these Terms and Conditions regularly to take notice of such changes.

GRUPO PEÑAFLOR S.A. located at Number 460 Arenales Street, Vicente López, Province of Buenos Aires is responsible for this Website. The content of the Site and/or views expressed by third parties are the exclusive responsibility of the authors and are not necessarily endorsed by GRUPO PEÑAFLOR.
